Pricing questions
What counts as one summary?
One successful file processing request counts once. Switching between lengths for the same result does not use another allowance. Failed processing does not count.
When does my allowance reset?
Free summaries reset at the next UTC day. Pro receives 300 summaries each calendar month according to the subscription schedule, including annual plans. The account will show the actual reset date.
Do unused summaries carry over?
No. Free daily summaries and Pro monthly summaries do not roll over.
Can I process a longer PDF with Pro?
Yes. Free accepts PDFs up to 3 pages and Pro accepts PDFs up to 5 pages. Both plans use the same 10 MiB file size limit. A file over your plan’s limit is rejected before AI processing.
How do refunds work?
See the Refund Policy for the confirmed seven-day and annual-plan rules. Service failures have a separate review path.
Can I cancel with one click?
Payments are not open yet, so account cancellation controls are not available. The payment flow and cancellation details will be published before checkout opens.
