Use of the service

Summata provides an image-to-text and summary tool for lawful, personal and professional use. You are responsible for having permission to submit material and for reviewing the output.

Accuracy and high-risk uses

AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. Do not rely on it as medical, legal, financial, or safety advice; verify important information against the original.

Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions renew automatically at the monthly or annual price shown at checkout until canceled. Both plans include 300 successful file processing requests per subscription month, with no rollover. Cancel future renewal through My account, then Billing & invoices. If a plan switch is scheduled, withdraw that switch before canceling renewal in Stripe. Withdrawing a plan switch does not cancel your subscription. Access continues until the end of the paid billing period. Refund requests follow our Refund Policy.

Processing remains subject to service capacity and budget limits. Priority processing does not guarantee immediate availability. Results remain in the current browser tab; refreshing or leaving the page can discard them.

Switching between monthly and annual billing takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Scheduling a change does not trigger an immediate charge or reset the monthly allowance. You may withdraw a pending change before it takes effect.
